Where’s my order?

Your order goes through the following steps once it has been placed. You will receive 3 emails: Order Confirmation, Shipment Confirmation and Delivery Status Notification.

How long does it take to receive my order, and how much will it cost to ship?

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 – 3 business days. This includes the time needed to prepare your items, transfer them to our warehouse, and package them with your name and address before shipment.
• Shipping Time:

  • 7 – 9 business days (within the U.S.)
  • 10 – 12 business days (international)
  These timelines begin from the date your order is shipped, not when it is placed.
  ⚠️ During periods of high demand or extreme weather, shipments may be delayed slightly. If a significant delay occurs, we’ll notify you via email
• Shipping Cost:
  • Order over $99 for our FREE STANDARD SHIPPING
  • Standard shipping: $9.99 

Tracking

Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may ship in multiple packages. If you have your tracking number from the shipment confirmation email, you can enter it here to track your order.

For international shipping, tracking maybe stop once the package is handed over to the country’s international carrier. Full tracking (marked as delivered on tracking) is only provided for Canada and Australia.

Return & Exchange Policy:

Currently, there is NO return policy for change of mind or errors you made in your order. We only accept returns or exchanges for the item you purchased is defective within 30 days of the date of delivery. (Please check our Return & Exchange Policy).
